The Céline behind Céline Concierge is the American Selene, who moved to Paris in 2013 after studying at the University of Texas at Austin. She is an American expat passionate about people, travel, food, stories, and sharing her favorite city with those passing through, or those who have decided to make the move too. She has journeyed through the intricate ups and downs that France demands of her as l’étrangère,  but is learning to live and thrive there as she masters the art of the French.
